Paul John Bielunis

Paul John Bielunis, age 64, a life long resident of Hatfield, died on Friday evening February 26, 2021, surrounded by the love and comfort of his family at his residence after a period of failing health.

He was born in Northampton, MA on September 17, 1956 and he was the son of Constance “Connie” Rita (Thibault) Bielunis and Adam Edward Bielunis. Paul was educated in Hatfield Public Schools and graduated from Smith Academy with the class of 1975 and attended Greenfield Community College for a period of time. Paul worked for many years at Diamond RV in Hatfield as Recreational Vehicle Technician until his retirement. In the past he also worked for the National Felt Company in Easthampton.

For many years Paul served as a volunteer member of the Hatfield Fire Department and he enjoyed landscaping and watching Cowboy shows on TV. During his high school years at Smith Academy, Paul was member of the boy's varsity soccer and basketball teams.

Paul is survived by his parents; Connie and Adam Bielunis, loving children; Christy Bate and her husband Judd of Eliot, Maine, Jared Bielunis and his wife Brianna of Hatfield, Hilary Bielunis of Hatfield, and Alex Morris of Hatfield, six cherished grandchildren; Jacob, Eleanor, Cameron, Callie, Johnathan, Colby, sisters and brothers; Alan Bielunis and wife Pam of Richmond, NH, Judy Dunn and husband Bob of Goshen, Diane Talanca and husband Peter of Newton Falls, OH, Karen Pedruczny husband Leon of Hatfield and a multitude of extended family members and cherished friends.
