Lee Karakula Obituary

Lee Adele Karakula, 74, passed away peacefully on September 28th. Lee was born in Northampton, MA on October 6, 1945 to the late Ernest and Adele (LaFlamme) Laberge.

Lee and her husband John Karakula Sr. settled in Easthampton where she lived for the majority of her life.

She worked as a cook at Northampton Nursing Home and later at St. Mary's Rectory in Northampton.

Lee enjoyed reading her many books and knitting afghans, hats and mittens.

Besides her husband of 54 years, John Karakula Sr, Lee leaves her son, John Karakula Jr and his wife, Mindy, daughter, Luann Brown and her husband, Richard, granddaughter Alyssa Karakula and grandson Tyler Karakula.
