Esther Louise Noga

Esther Louise (Bower) Noga, age 97, of Nash Hill Place in Williamsburg, died on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Care One of Northampton after a brief period of failing health. Born in Kentland, Indiana on September 5, 1923 to the late Joseph H. Bower and Myrtle M. (Harvey) Bower, Esther was the last surviving child of four sisters and two brothers.

She moved to Wiliamsburg some twenty one years ago from Goodland, Indiana to be closer to her daughter and son in law, Laura N. Figgie and Jack Figgie of Chesterfield. Esther was a devoted catholic and her faith guided her through her long life, as a communicant of Our Lady of the Hills in Haydenville. Esther is also survived by extended family of seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Noga and her son, Thomas R. Noga.

A liturgy of Christian burial for Esther will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 10am, at Our Lady of the Hills Parish, 173 Main Street, Haydenville, there are no calling hours, and burial will be held at Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, Illinois.
