Michael P. Lukowski

Easthampton- Michael Paul Lukowski, age 66, died unexpectedly at his residence in Easthampton,

after a sudden illness, on Tuesday July 10, 2018. He was born in Holyoke, MA on July 23, 1951 and

was the son of the late Henry T. Lukowski Sr and Charlotte (Kutt) Lukowski.

He was a lifelong resident and was educated in local schools and graduated from Easthampton

High School and later Holyoke Community College. Michael worked for the City of Easthampton

for many years for the Department of Public Works in the Water Department, before making a

career move and becoming a correctional officer for the Hampshire County Jail, where he retired

as a sergeant. On any given day, he would be found watching his favorite teams, the Boston Red

Sox, New England Patriots and Boston Bruins.

Michael is survived by his wife Cynthia Margaret (Fisher) Lukowski, his three sons; Jason Couture

and wife Kathie Couture of Southwick, Joseph Lukowski and his wife Amy Lukowski of

Easthampton, Joshua Lukowski and his wife Jen Lukowski of Westfield, five grandchildren;

Reece Couture, Avery Couture, Kyle Lukowski, Ava Lukowski and Blake Lukowski, his brother;

Henry T. Lukowski Jr and his wife Mary Lukowski of Easthampton and his sister; Camille Lytwyn

and her husband Steven of Easthampton. Besides being predeceased by his parents, Michael was

also predeceased by his grandson, Kaleb Lukowski and his beloved Boston Terrier Fenway.

Calling Hours for Michael will be held on Monday July 23, 2018 from 4-7pm at the Graham

Funeral Home , private graveside services will be held at Saint Stanislaus Cemetery at the

convenience of his family. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his memory to the Dakin
